Summer Programme 2012 in Spain: Action x Change - JULY 2012

I hope this email finds you well.
This year the UWC Spanish Committee Foundation is launching its first bilingual (Spanish-English) summer programme for students born in 1995, 1996 or 1997 and we would be delighted if you could inform potential candidates in your countries.
The theme of the programme is social entrepreneurship and during the 15 days (1-15 July) that it lasts, the students will acquire skills and tools to develop further and implement the projects that they have previously devised as a response to a social problem identified in their local context.
The place is an environmental education centre near Madrid.
The requirements of the applicants are:
- 1. A good level of Spanish
- 2. Basic/good level of English
- 3. Date of birth: 1995, 1996 or 1997

The cost of the programme is 1,300€ and there are some scholarships but only for applicants whose parents are residents in Spain.
